Can’t Share Compendium (Pro)

I’ve consulted both the Help Center and the Community Wiki , and I have a Pro Subscription, yet none of my players in my upcoming Scion: Second Edition game are able to view the Compendium entries for Scion: Origin that I got as part of Roll20 Reserve last month. Am I missing something? I’ve followed the steps to the letter and tried a few troubleshooting maneuvers on my end, yet nothing seems to work.

Hi Matthew, Please go to https://roll20.net/welcome Then click on the name of your game (not launch) . Next, click Settings followed by Game Settings. Finally, click on Compendium Settings. Verify that you are sharing your Compendium. Also verify that the book(s) you want to share are "Green" If you make any changes make sure you save them in both the Compendium section and the bottom of the page. If you don't see your book(s), please link the marketplace link(s) to the book(s).
Hello Gauss, That is what I’ve been doing. Here is a screenshot of what I open Compendium Settings. I already set it to share, but my players don’t see anything.

When you say your players don't see anything, what action are they taking to try to see something?
They’re looking in the compendium tab in the VTT interface (circle with the letter i in it near the top right corner of the screen).

Also, have you saved the settings in the compendium section? Have you saved at the bottom of the settings page? (Two separate save buttons) Then have they refreshed their browser?
I’m sorry, what do you mean by search criteria? I’ve saved on both buttons, and they have refreshed their browser.

In the Compendium tab you type in something to search for. Example: Scion Could you supply a screenshot from your player's POV when they are trying to access the compendium? Alternately, could you send me an invite? I could check the access from a player perspective, perhaps there is an issue with the campaign.
Here’s a screenshot from my player. He’s searching but no results show up:

Ok, in my test game my dummy account was able to access the compendium category in the screenshot, so that leads me to think it is an issue with your campaign in some way. Could you send me an invite? I'd like to see if I can access the compendium in your game.

Alright, so something is wrong with your campaign. Assuming the settings are the way they are shown in the screenshot your players *should* have access. You could try creating a second campaign and see if the problem persists there. If it does not then it is definitely a campaign level issue. If the second campaign doesn't have the problem you could try to duplicate the existing campaign, see if the duplicate has the same issue. If it the second campaign, or the duplicate campaign has the problem then my suggestion at that point is to file a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center . They will need to investigate what is going on.
Thank you for the feedback!
Ugh, still not working. Bug report it is.

How many players do you have in your campaign? Never mind. I see from the first screen shot you have 4, which is well below the limit. Did you hear back from your bug report?
Stephanie B. said: How many players do you have in your campaign? I have five players. That being said, I’ve since filed a report and more or less resolved the issue via the Help Center, which identified a bug on Roll20’s end.
