Token settings window should include character sheet tab when linked

If I have a PC or NPC token, it's not very intuitive to Shift-double click to open character sheet settings. If a token has an associated character sheet why not include those tabs right at the top of the token settings menu? This would make things much simpler for new and experienced players alike.
