Chat window Pop-out

I think it would be nice (particularly for DMs) if the chat window could pop-out. As a DM this would let me navigate other menus while still being able to see what was going on with the players.

Hi tyson,  The chat window already has this functionality. Double click on the chat window tab icon and it will pop out.
