Purchased "A Night of Masks and Monsters | Roll20 VTT" on DMS Guild  How do I make a game with it??  It's not showing up as an optional module to use.  Instructions on DMSGuild said I need to create a new game to see the content.

Apparently that is incorrectly labeled (IIRC, it was a freebie, early in the merger). It is an addon, and can be added to any existing game from the home page:
