Transfer API from game to game?

Okay, so I have my API mostly set up the way I want to, but whenever I make a new game, even if it's literally copying over a previous game, the API/mods does not transfer over.  Is there a way to do that? Or will I always have to redownload and set up my API from scratch every time I want to create a oneshot?
You will have to install and setup in all new campaigns. As of today there is no way to transfer Mods (API) between games

There is a very old  applescript bookmarklet that can copy over all of the manual scripts, but it does have some limitations: It cannot copy over any One-Click scripts It cannot copy the state (any persistent settings created by a script) It concatenates all of the scripts into one giant script It is an old bit of code. Use at risk and test on a copy. Other than that cumbersome workaround, Warlord is spot on.
There is also a python program that (could) upload scripts to a game. Alas that program stopped working due to a change in the login pages.
There is a suggestion for this that is 7 years old - but, maybe, just maybe it'll happen.
