Dynamic Lighting not working at all

Hi, I'm really struggling to get Dynamic Lighting to work correctly. I've tried all the other options I've seen in the forums. I'm completely lost as to what to do next. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Dannysmile My first thoughts would be to check game settings are as they should be , perhaps even turning features off, saving and then turning them back on. Then when in game go to settings and under Miscellaneous, Apply Default Settings.  It has a progress bar that is very difficult to see and thus easy to overlook.  Make sure you wait until Roll20 confirms it is done. Secondly, it looks like you have freehand drawn those DL lines.  I would always recommend using the polygon tool instead, even for circles etc.  Just use small lines if you have to, but where I can I leave the lines as long as possible.  IIRC the freehand tool causes all manner of gremlins to creep in to your DL setup Here's a wee pic to show what I mean, also made with Dungeondraft

Hi Simon, You are a lifesaver! I didn't need to reset anything, I just used the polygon draw feature as you said and it worked a charm! Thank you so much, I was teetering on the edge of giving up but you have saved me!
