Where have my D&amp;D compendium gone?

For some reason I'm not able to access any of my D&D compendiums in my games tonight. Is there a problem?

Hi Graham, I do not see an issue with the compendium in my games. Are you a player or the Campaign Owner? Could you supply a screenshot of the compendium when you are trying to search something? Please include the console log in the screenshot. You can get the console log by hitting "F12" in Chrome or Firefox, then clicking on the "Console" tab.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. Please bear with me as I'm not great with computers. I've not done a screen shoot before but I've just tried a couple of times, thought I'd done it, but then the message wouldn't send... and don't know where the Console tab is on the keyboard, sorry... Because pasting the screenshot to the chat often has difficulties please save it to your computer and then upload it to the chat by dragging it to the chat. Console tab is not on your keyboard, when you hit F12 while in the browser there are multiple tabs, one is labeled console, click that tab.

Graham, could you screenshot the rest of the Compendium section? The compendium selection? Also, could you please go into the game and search for something in the compendium? Screenshot that, and include the console log when you do that please.

Look at the games where everything is fine. Look at every single field under Campaign Settings. Is anything different?  Try to make them match EXACTLY. Each time you change something, go back into the game to see if that fixed it.

You don't have a Character Sheet Template selected. What happens when you select the 5e by Roll20 character sheet and change the Compendium to "D&D 5th Edition (Character Sheet Default)"?

The compendium has now re-appeared as a result of selecting the roll20 D&D character sheet, which is great, so thanks for the suggestion. I'm now just puzzled why I had no problem at all for the past few weeks and then on Saturday I suddenly lost the compendium...

My suggestion would be to take that information and file a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center . Perhaps they will know what happened.
