Trouble uploading images to maps

Hell all, This started 2-3 weeks ago- every time I try uploading new images to Roll20 for maps, the image is not uploading properly. It'll start when I try to upload the image to my Library from my computer- if it's a JPEG or PNG file (all usually around 1MB, others around 2MB), it'll get stuck in the uploading phase. If I refresh the page it will appear in my library, but if I try to take the new image and drag it into the Map layer it will not appear. Oddly enough, if I put it on the Token layer it will appear and I can switch it to the map, but if I do the image will not adjust clarity and will be a blurry mess. I've tried clearing my cache, adjusting dynamic lighting, switching browsers from Chrome to Firefox to even Edge, etc. and nothing seems to work. Old images I posted to my library aren't affected by anything new I try to upload has issues. My graphics card is up to date and I'm using up to date Windows 10. Any ideas what the issue may be?

Hi Cole! I've had this exact problem once in the past. If you interrupt an upload (even a faulty one) it will appear in your library as a thumbnail, but it will not be complete. It will look blurry if it appears at all. It is best to delete those. They are likely corrupted. In my case, I believe I solved it by going through the litany of deleting cache and cookies, logging out and then back in. It could also be that it just took time. to clear. You could try the Experimental Image Delivery Service option on your account page, but that didn't help for me. If logging out and back in and manually deleting all cache and cookies doesn't either, it's probably worth capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) during a bad upload and filing a  Help Center Request .
