3D Dice not shown : Followed all steps but still not working

Dears,  As the title says, I have my the 3D dice activated, disabled all extensions, refreshed several times andcleared the cache. Furthermore and more importantly : the 3D dice were working 7 days ago (during my previous game). I didn't update or install any programs or extension since then. So please help me understand.  Many thanks,  SLicTa.

Roll20 had a DDoS attack yesterday, and they are working to go back to Normal. Most of the app is up and running except a couple of issues, this been one of them. We are hopefully waiting for a fast resolution.

Hi SLicTa,  Could you perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) and see if the problem persists?  I checked with the Devs and this should be fixed now. 
Indeed, I did nothing and today it's working again. Probably due to the DDOS attack.  Thank you guys !

SlicTA,  Could you screenshot the settings for the 3d Dice?  Also, which browser are you using? Have you tried Incognito (Chrome) or Privacy (Firefox) mode?
i briefly had this problem, but none of my players did. It seem to resolve itself with a refresh but i don't know the root cause.
