Hello Everyone Maybe someone can help me. While in game on roll20 my screen will turn white. Interface still visable, chat etc. Just all graphics vanish with small broken graphic icon on top right corner. Token bars still visable but no token graphics. I have to refresh my screen and sometimes it will freeze on loading. Chrome is up to date. Chrome is reset to default. Chrome graphic acceleration is on. All drivers are up to date, windows 11. On board Graphics intel UHD. Core i7 Gen 10.

Do you use Dynamic Lighting for the game you are encountering this problem? Explorer Mode by Chance? If so, try turning those off and see if that fixes it...

When I reload the page everything does come back. I am not the DM but just a player, so I dont have control over those things in game. It happens after a while in game. Everything would look fine for a while and then the screen would flash and turn white, still having the UI in place, no graphics on the main board/background. Tokens would be gone but still display the color bars with stats. Player Avatars graphics still show. All drivers are up to date.
Yeah, we also have this issue. Both DM and Players.  We have to relog to sort it.

I just played tonight on a map with no dynamic lighting and the screen did NOT turn white. I wonder if it has to do with that. How much GPU does it use or maybe a roll20 programed funky refresh that is automated causing some maps to freak out etc.
Even on a normal map, GPU for me is 70+ ! The Problem, as stated in my comment above is related to your Graphic Card AND to the use of Dynamic Lighting... It only happens - at least for me - on maps with DL enabled... Jason K. said: I just played tonight on a map with no dynamic lighting and the screen did NOT turn white. We have this issue and i am not using dynamic lighting, just the fog of war thing.  Happens every session at least once for me.
I don't have this issue all the time, but when I do a quick refresh fixes it. I'd prefer it not happen at all but in a pinch its an easy fix that might work

When I try and refresh, the screen will mostly just get stuck on the rendering screen. I have to actually quit chrome. sometimes the screen will work on a refresh and then sometimes the screen will show the whole map. It is strange. I ran all kinds of tests on my graphics card and it passes everytime, and everything is up to date.

I encounter this problem consistently during each session , and I'm not employing dynamic lighting, solely relying on the fog of war feature.

Hey folks, there are enough reports of this issue on this thread that the best bet is to capture a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . That will create a ticket for dev investigation.
