Thanks to everyone who showed interest. Currently, all of the slots have been filled. Hello, folks. I am looking for 3-4 enthusiastic players to play Apocalypse World by Vincent Baker, which is a fantastic beginner-friendly Indie RPG. Check out the excellent pitch for it here: http://apocalypse-world.com/backpitch.html (basic rules and character classes are also available on that website) Apocalypse World is a game without a predetermined setting, meaning that it runs on the creativity of the players. Do we want to have a Fallout-esque nuclear setting? Road Warrior savagery? Psychic anomalies? Mutated plant life? A realistic, scarce approach to a post-apocalyptic survival? The possibilities aren't just limitless - they are awesome. I could gush about this great system for a while but that would make this post unreadable, so let's get on with it. A little bit about myself - I am 16 (which may be a deal breaker for some, understandably) and have GMed several campaigns, including Apocalypse World and its variants. I have a good grasp of Apocalypse World, in terms of mechanics and GMing theory. My previous group members whom I knew IRL had left for the realm of post-secondary education, leaving me without my weekly roleplaying fix. I can run sessions once a week, on Fridays (in the evening) or weekends (afternoon/evenings). I usually run 2-4 hour sessions. We will be using Skype, microphones are required. For Apocalypse World, it is important that the players are enthusiastic and can participate. If you are shy, that's cool. If you only talk out of character or are interested exclusively in combat, this may not be the game for you. This is going to be a fairly roleplay-heavy experience in a gritty, unrelenting, sometimes absurd world. If you are interested, please send a private message or a forum post my way. Include your previous roleplaying experiences, what time you are available, and any other information you'd like to share. Thanks!
