What does that mean? It means nothing for the first few months as you go from level 1 to 6. At level 6, progress will halt, level wise, and instead feats will be given at specific intervals. It will be slow and aiming more for a lower magic side of things. Dragons are super mythological beasts that can lord over entire armies no problem. The other planes are a complete mystery that few would even believe in outside of those that know and can prove they exist. Wizards are rare. Yearly in the Grand Monarchy of Galathede, there is a large festival in honor of the royal family. This year in particular marks the debut of the crown prince. As everyone fusses about, preparing themselves for the festivities, the guards have been overworked and too strained. Zones normally off limits have no one watching them. And more alarmingly, people have gone missing without a trace. Start time and day not set in stone. ***This will be an RP heavy game.*** Character Creation First and foremost, 10 point buy, level 1, slow track exp. Yes, I know it's a little harsh. Advanced Class Guide is allowed, along with every other class and prestige class that is from pazio. Due to the nature of the game, I suggest core races; however, I have no hard rules against other races. Planes touched races and outsider lineage will be met with suspicion or fear. Non-core races that probably won't be met too poorly: Catfolk, Ratfolk, Tengu, Vishkanya (as foreigners), Vanara. Drow are not inherently evil, though they are a strange, somewhat suspicious people from the underground. (Also keeping the matriarch thing going. Drow nobles as a distinct race type don't exist, but the drow racial feat are totally allowed.) Dhampir are playable. The undead exist, and most people know about they exist, at least in legends. Dhampir can also disguise themselves fairly easily. Duergar are a former lower caste of normal dwarven society that broke off a forever again. Orcs will be met with hostility by most as they're considered dangerous savages. Similar to goblins and hobgoblins. Merfolk exist, but don't be that person unless you can really sway me. For applications, I would like a full character sheet for level 1. 2 traits standard, drawbacks allowed, but it will come up. Backstory definitely a must.
