Earlier this year I was in a West March Server, and with everything going there it was very nice. One of the things they had was a "Skull" system where if players agree to have one, a d100 was rolled and a random modifier was given which most of the time makes the dungeon harder, such as at the start of combat enemies start with a surprise round, enemies have +3 AC, Crits are now performed at 1s 2s 19s and 20s, most of the dungeon is under water, all enemies are dragons, disadvantages on saves or attacks, and so forth This was mostly to, hey if you do this you get more loot, kinda thing, optional to make it harder Does anyone have a list like this? I was making my own but after about 50 or so it becomes a bit more difficult to come up with new ones
