I've been having this recurring issue for well over a year now and am finally curious enough to ask if anyone else has experienced this. My players have repeatedly experienced no music playing when I start playing a track seemingly at random. Never the same player, and never the same audio track. When someone asks "is there supposed to be music?" its heartbreaking as someone trying to build dramatic tension with audio. Information that might be relevant: I know there's a limit to media objects concurrently running, I only have 2 or 3 animated tokens I frequently use, and even when none of them were present it would still happen. Its always during the middle of session after there has been some music or SFX that have already been played during the session, the first tracks always works (or maybe just lucky) I've tried building an entirely new campaign from the ground up and still experience the same issue We don't have any browser plugins that would effect Roll20 Dynamic lighting is more often than not disabled but it happens regardless usually only occurs 1 or 2 times across all players every session, sometimes for SFX which isn't a big deal, but other times for music meant to raise the tension which is a big deal I use SFX sometimes as short as a few seconds, could this be bugging out the jukebox if the audio is finished playing before a player finished loading it? I use the Roll20AM API mod to script audio sequences instead of manually playing dozens of audio tracks during session by trying to find them in the list. When doing this, sometimes I activate multiple audio tracks at once, could this be an issue? My players all have hardware acceleration enabled and use chrome Just curious of other peoples experience or if there's some setting my players can use in their browser. Since it doesn't happen often it makes it really hard to test. Thanks
