Fix Cleric/Artificer spell lists in DnD 5E Charactermancer when levelling up

When you use the Charactermancer to level up a DnD 5E class that "knows" all the spells and prepares a selection each day like Clerics the Characternamcer asks you to add a selection of new spells to your character sheet but it should add them all. I think the number it asks you to add for Clerics is based on the number of extra spells you can prepare but even that doesn't work for Artificers. What I think should happen, now that lazy loading is working, is that you should have all the cleric spells for spell levels in which you have at least 1 spell slot added to your character sheet. The Charactermancer for these classes should not ask you which spells you want but it should tell you that you can now prepare x spells based on the class characteristics and that once the Charactermancer is finished you should go into the spells tab and select them.
