LFG, Trying to find a longterm group (internet has left a bad taste)

I played and DMed for years IRL, but being an adult it became to hard to get every one together once a week, So i turned to the internet to fill my DnD needs. Time and time again i join games, only to have more headaches then fun. (min maxers, flaky people, bad or no roll playing, edge-lords and power players everywhere.) I guess this is my final attempt to find a group that fits with my idea of DnD. I would like to add a caveat. If your table has rules about player comfort is a must, your game is not for me. The best stories have moments that make you uncomfortable and are capable of dealing with subjects some people find unacceptable. It would seem that this philosophical idea is unpopular in the VTT community.

Hi Zenu, I run a DND 5E sunday game at 17:30 GTM-3; the game is played on a weekly basis and currently the players are a group of 3 that have been playing on my table since 2021. They are not min/maxers and I focus on mixing the backstories of the PC's on the overall game plot. Sorry to hear you've been having issues with games in the past.&nbsp; Sounds like you're looking for something a bit more old-school, especially after what you've said previously about "Player Comfort". We don't use safety tools or anything like that in my games, we just follow the rules of common sense, which seems to be devoid from a lot of games these days.
