Curse of Strahd module : Some NPC sheets are blank

I've noticed that since I switched to the new version a few months ago, some character sheets weren't initialized. This is the case, for example, for all the tokens on Berez's map. I've just updated the module, hoping that this would be corrected, but no... This worked very well in the old version. By the way, if I use transmogriffer to import NPCs, it works. It sucks to do it one by one, and I have to redo the token links by hand too.
In fact, all creatures do! I no longer have any statblocks for this module !
If I create a new game, I get the statblock. If I make a copy of the current game, I don't have the statblocks... Do you know how to reload the module in a running game?

Hi Francois! Can you send a screenshot? "No statblock" could mean a lot of things, and some of them might be simple to solve.

Here's how it looks. I have the token on the map. He's got his AC and HP. But if I open the sheet, there's nothing.

Hi again Francois! I think you might need to contact Roll20 directly in a  Help Center Request , particularly if it works in one game but not another. Is it the case that you were using an existing game, and ran a patch to upgrade to the new content? Or did you create the module from scratch? It's my understnading that Strahd 2.0 required a fresh install. Also, it looks like you are using a third party browser extension from your screen shots. Those can cause Roll20 to act in unexpected ways that increase the difficulty in diagnosing. I would check to see if things clear up if the extension is disabled. And always good advice: Make a copy of your game before running any patch.

This might be related to the language you are using... If possible, change the language from French to English. Francois C. said:
Thank you for your help. Yes, I did do a fresh install of module 2.0 on a new game. I tried to deactivate all my browser modules and set the interface language to English, but that didn't change anything.

To clarify, you tried a second time with a brand new install and got the same results?  I think your best bet is to open a  Help Center Request , then. This looks beyond community-level help.
