Im aware this question likely puts me out of the running but what does guilded mean?

it is a voice and text chat platform similar to Discord, except everything is free, it has more options, and there's less people hacking. that is why we left discord, our server and accounts got hacked and when we tried getting customer service involved they basically told us they wouldnt do anything about it

I would definitely be interested. Been looking to get back into streaming and back into ttrpg so this would be two birds with one stone. I have a yeti mic and I use a virtual avatar (saves me from having to do makeup) but I have an hd webcam incase an avatar is a no-go.
