Music won't Play on Load

I've been trying to use music that is already part of the Roll20 library on my first player page.  The track I was trying to play was not one of my uploads - it was just searchable from the ones already provided by Tabletop Audio. I have the setting for the page to allow a specific track to begin playing on page load, but when I load in as either GM or Player, the selected track does not play.  I had one of my players test this for me as well, and he could only hear the music when I physically triggered it to play. I have tested it on Chrome and Firefox (both browsers fully up to date) and tried it on a browser that does and does not have add-ons / extensions active (no add-ons/extensions in Chrome, with add-ons / extensions in Firefox).

Just checking: The player flag is on the page that is supposed to be playing the music?
Yes.  Player flag is on the correct page, I've tried the music in both Chrome and Firefox.  On Chrome I disabled all my add-ons and extensions and cleared the browser's cache and cookies.  In Firefox I didn't, since I wanted to see if there was a difference between a browser that had add-ons and one that didn't.  Also had one of my players log in to check to see if it was just my computer or if it was his, since we live nowhere near each other, so we're not linking into the same internet connection or server.

I know the trigger is supposed to be moving the flag to the page, but this doesn't appear to be working in your case. I'd suggest grabbing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request .
