Allow Players to Flip Tokens (Horizontally/Vertically)

Right now, only a DM can flip a token (mirror the token to face another direction horizontally or vertically). Please give players this ability for tokens they control. In addition, it would be nice if the "Flip" action could be keybound, maybe using WASD since directional keys control token movement.

I'm pretty sure this is already a topic. I'll try to check when I'm not on mobile.
