AC does not reflect values

In the npc sheet the AC is listed as 19. On the token on the map the AC (blue circle) shows nothing. In the settings for  BAR 2 LINK: I have it set to  npc_ac Additionally when i individually select the token wheel and select AC for Bar 2 is selects a value of 10 when the sheet clearly states the value is 19. The token is connected to the sheet. I dont understand why this is happening.

Please supply a screenshot of the token's settings.  Which character sheet are you using?  If it is D&D 5e by Roll20 then setting the bar 2 to AC won't help, since that will pull the AC from the PC side of the sheet and npc_ac is the correct setting.  As for Bar 2 Link, that only applies to tokens pulled from the Compendium. If you are setting up the token then you will need to set it manually.  It states this below the Bar 2 Link section in the settings.
