All maps not loading anymore

Hi Davide! Lots of questions: Were they deleted from the art library? Did this happen for all players? Is it still going on? Does it happen in a private browsing (incognito) window?

Yes Does it happen in a private browsing (incognito) window?  Not sure what is this, but i guess no. Some additinal info: The problem it happened suddenly, I didn't do anything on the map. I don't use dynamic lights.

A private browsing (incognito) window is something you can choose to open when creating a new window. It is a window that uses no cookies, does not interact with your browsing history and most importantly, does not use browser extensions unless they are whitelisted. It's an easy way to check for extension conflict-related problems. It looks most likely that the map was deleted somehow, since this is affecting all players. If there is no broken image icon on the map layer, and nothing to select, then this is probably the case. If you can select an object on the map layer, but that object displays no image, this is likely a case of the map image having been deleted from the library. Here's another few questions: Are you the creator of the game? Did you manually place that map on the page in the first place? Can you drag the map from your art library onto the page and have it display again?

I dont use any private browsing (incognito) window. I did not delete any map or did any change at all. Are you the creator of the game? Hi again, Davide, I think we are having some language difficulties. The reason I asked you about private browsing windows was to have you try using one. It's a diagnostic step, to help rule out any browser extension conflicts. If the game works properly when using a private browsing window, then we know that it is a browser issue that needs to be solved, most likely an extension. Also, when you say "i cannot drag nothing from the library, nothing show up." do you mean that there is no image in the library, or that when you drag the image from the library it does not display in the play area?

Similar Effect with my map. A copy of a fully filled map is now wiped clean. Visited it 3 hours ago, everything was fine. Now there is not a single token on any layer and all notes and lightning barriers are gone. Just an empty field.

Hi Lgs! If you have exhausted the testing steps above, your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request . This will create a ticket, whereas a report on the forums is easy for the team to miss.

Just checking, are either of you (Davide and Lgs) using Chrome and an Apple product? 

I use firefox without any extension.
