Once the game is bought, you can see this and other pages inside the game, of course, but it would be nice to send prospective players to the Open Compendium before they join the game.
Hi Lachlan, The Bug Report forum is primarily for users helping users, since this is not something a user can help with I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center .
