Add meta-currency tokens for all players to track pooled quantities

Enable the GM to add a token to play - visible in the token layer that can be given a name and used by players to track quantities e.g. of items collected, gold or even 'meta-currency' like Doom and Momentum on Modiphius 2d20 games such as Conan. The token can be used for items that do not belong to any single player and therefore don't have a home on any single character sheet.
