Player turning invisible and not seeing anyone else (except in the chat)

A player of mine continuously stumbles over the problem that he becomes invisible for all others, and also sees no one else (name tags and avatars I'm talking about).  While in the chat he sees everything normally and can post normally. He is using windows 10 and the edge browser.  Version 117.0.2045.47   It started off as something that happens very seldomly every few sessions a few months back, but now I observe it happening every single session.
Are you using the Integrated Voice and Video in your game? I think this sounds like they are having an error connecting to our services for that. Here are some troubleshooting steps: <a href="https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039223594" rel="nofollow">https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039223594</a> If you aren't using it, you can go into the Settings and choose "None" for Voice and Video type.

Okay, can you verify that if you switch the Voice and Video to None it fixes the problem? Just making sure I have the right culprit and then I can log this bug so we can work on fixing it.

Switching back led to disappearance yet again. What I noticed in this regard was the color Picker being different. On another PC / Workstation where this "glitch" did not happen I noticed this... Strange thing: switching to legacy Voice and Video or NONE as Chat-tech also reverted the color picker to the old one. So my assumption is, that this color picker implementation is at fault! Since this did not happen lately, I am not able to provide a console log for this...
Okay great thank you for confirming. I have logged a ticket to get this fixed (it won't fix the fact that they can't connect to the Video service, but it will at least make it so that the avatars and stuff work for them when they can't.)
