Miscellaneous tab missing

Pretty new to Roll20 System. When trying to set all monster rolls visible I saw online the "Apply default settings" Tab should be under miscellaneous but for me it's not there. Is there something I'm missing or is it a bug?   I'm a plus member if that helps at all?

Hi Mittens, Make sure you are logged into the game as the GM, not as a player.  The Miscellaneous section should be under the My Settings tab from the sidebar. 

The Apply Default Settings button will only appear if you have made changes to the Game Settings that can be applied.  For example if you are using the 5e sheet and change the "NPC NAME IN ROLLS" setting from "Show" to "Hide", the next time you fire up the game the Miscellaneous section will be visible along with the Apply Default Settings button.

It shows PRO right next to your name... so it should never be empty since the Transmogrifier is found there... and as Jim R. pointed out, "Apply default settings" is only there if you changed the game options outside of the game...
