I've been regularly active in D&D for the past couple years and inolved with various types of ttrpg for at least a decade. I enjoy rping the most, but I also enjoy discovering and implementing different aspects of the power system via multiclassing. I'm most familiar with and tend to prefer 5e, and I tend to prefer homebrew campaigns where the world and its inhabitants are affected by both the characters and events happening within the world. Below are several character ideas that have yet to find a home. Magic with a side of Coffee :  This character is a Sorlock that subscribes to the school of "If I can see it, I can kill it." He's on a journey to find the limits of his abilities in combat, and he's also searching for his place in the world. (SorLock with possible Paladin levels mid-to-late game) The Armorer  is an Aaracokran Artificer loosely based off of Raven Beak from Metroid Prime. War and Combat were his creed and his song, but he got a rude awakening that showed him some of the world's deeper truths. Chief among them, and that which set him on his new path is that power is fleeting, but that which is built endures. He now strives to help build a better world and protect those who can't fight themselves, but old habits are hard to shake, and old songs aren't so easily silenced in the heat of battle. (Artificer) The Warrior  believes that power is everything, and that you have nothing if you don't have power. He searched for any scrap of knowledge on the different combat disciplines in his younger years, and now searches for a group of his own to travel with in pursuing greater power and firmly stamping his own legacy upon the world. Though his path to power is clear his path through life is far less certain. Perhaps he'll start a flock of his own to leave a legacy of his beliefs, or perhaps he'll eventually realize that there's more to life than power. Only time will tell. (SorLock with Artificer levels early on). Old Keen-Eye  is a Spymaster whose friends are few and far between. His past experiences have taught him that only the observant survive, so he keeps his eyes open and keeps his own counsel, but when he sets his mind to doing something he'll see it through or die trying.  (artificer/rogue multiclass) There are probably several other character ideas that I've forgotten, but I'll start with theese four. Here's hoping some among you can help me to find a home for one or more of these characters in your campaigns. :)
