Drag & Drop Spells Not Working

Have tried in multiple games to use the drag and drop feature for my spells. Keeps making a handout instead of inputting it into the character sheet.

Hi Aaron G.,  Is the character sheet popped out? If so that would be why drag and drop is not working. If that is not the problem which character sheet are you using?

Yep same thing happening to me. I am so done. I am seriously about to pull my subscription from Roll20, I am sick and tired of every single update screwing something up.  Only difference is it's not even creating a handout for me. It's literally not doing anything at all. The NPC is set up as a 13th level spellcaster, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to drag and drop a friggin cantrip.

Hi Shawn,  Could you supply more information?  Is the character sheet popped out?  Is this with the old compendium or new compendium? Which character sheet are you using?
Inline character sheet or popped out? Compendium drop ONLY works with inline sheets! IF you opted in for the new compendium and that does not work, try opting out and use the old one. In my experience, Drag and Drop can also be finicky about drop placement.  If the sheet window is large, dropping near the bottom may fail if the spells are clustered at the top.  And dropping right on the box that says "accepting drops" used to fail (I haven't tried it with new compendium yet), you had to drop above or below that box.
