We're EST, Thursday is the best option but we could make other days work. If you have Discord I can add you to a group chat.

Well that's convenient, cuz I'm EST too, and Thursday is the only day of the week that i dont GM or play an RPG. I normally use Guilded for my RPG server/group and voice-chat, but would be willing to do a one-shot on Discord. However, i cant promise to be able to use discord a lot, as i dont prefer it to Guilded due to the number of times my discord servers and accounts have been hacked or spammed with scam-bots. But a one-shot should be fine. However, unfortunately i will be too busy to join any preliminary group chat until this thursday (for the previously stated scheduling reasons), however, on Thursday the 19th, we could schedule the one-shot for the 26th, if you are ok with that. If so, you can send me your discord invite in the roll20 PMs, and i will join your discord server when i am free.

Have you considered joining a Living World? I am running one using Pathfinder 1e rules. We have a decent number of evil characters and you can choose whichever direction you want to channel your evil plots and plans
