Hi Chausette! This usually happens when a user copies formatted text from one source and pastes it into a Roll20 field. Some of the formatting remains, including color, which overrides the global styling. If this is the case here, select all, cut, backspace a couple of times to make sure there are no invisible styling characters remaining, and then for absolute safety, paste the text into a text-only processor, like Notepad. Copy it from there and paste the clean text into Roll20. You can probably get the same results by holding the shift key down while pasting even formatted text, but this is the safest method.
