I think I read from someone who did this that the maps have gone missing... So before switching back you should make sure that you don't have any maps in folders (Archive Folder is the exception as those are the archived pages from before) All that should happen if you switch out of the Page Folders UI update is all of your pages will be out of their folders, but the order in which they appear will likely be a bit messy.
