Trying to create a macro for a player (DnD5e by roll20)

I'm trying to help one of my players create a macro for allowing them to use common attacks they use without needing to pull up their character sheet every time. Like using his longsword in two hands. I tried looking at the wiki, but I didn't quite understand how to set something like that up. I'd appreciate any help.
Roll an attack with the sheet, and immediately after that click into the chat box and hit "up" on your keyboard. You see the Macro that was used by the sheet for the attack. This is what you can use to build your own Macros on top...
