Hello! I'm Az (they/them) and I'm itching for TTRPGs. Thanks for checking out my post! I've already posted this over on relevant Reddits, but I figured I'd widen my net a bit. Here's the TL;DR version of what I'm looking for:
Type of game : Story-driven one-shot, mini-campaign or full campaign (be it published, homebrew, or mix of the two) Format : Live text / synchronous PbP (async PbP between sessions is a-okay, though!) Platform : Ideally Discord chat, with or without additional software (such as Roll20!); will consider / try other chat mediums, though! Frequency of play: Once a week preferred, but negotiable System: D&D 5E, D&D 4E, FFG SWRPG (any of the 3 lines), Genesys. May also accept Pathfinder 1E or 2E, 13th Age, Dragon Age RPG or something else - just ask! Here's a little bit about me: Timezone & Availability: Central Europe - CET/CEST (GMT+1 or +2, depending on Daylight Savings). Available workday evenings (from around 6pm to 11pm), weekends anywhere from noon to 11pm. Presently, I do have a little bit of wiggle room on these. Overall player type: Actor, with a good deal of Storyteller. I tend to try immerse myself in the character and narrative. Live text style: Third person, present tense, moderately to highly descriptive is my default - though I could try past tense if that's what you prefer! Dealbreakers / hard no's: GM or players in their teens (I'm in my 30s, it's just a bit weird for me otherwise) Fully hack-and-slash style campaigns (for one-shots, it's fine) Disruptive or non-teamwork players Limiting character gender based on player gender or being anti-LGBTQ+ Having more than 6 players total (not counting the GM) Individual rolling for stats (also okay in oneshots) I'm first and foremost looking for a GM or a group that has one already. Still, I'd love to meet like-minded players, so feel free to comment below to give potential GMs a head-count. Try make sure to include things like when our availability matches!
