Increase Upload Size Limits

There's a lot of great animated maps out there these days, but many of them are too large to upload to Roll20. As the years have gone by the upload limits for images/audio have remained fairly consistent. Even an additional tier of subscription would be worth it at this point.

This would be great. I sometimes use after effects to augment maps with animation.
