I could have sworn this was a known (and fixed) issue but I can't PM anyone and haven't been able to for over a year now.  There simply isn't a box for me to write text in.  I have a subject line, but no where to write what I need.  I can respond to a message just fine, just can't initiate one.  What do I need to do?

Hi The Arcanamach,  Which browser are you using? Have you tried an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) window?

Hi The Arcanamach! There is an intermittent bug that sometimes occurs where the text input area is very tiny. You can expand it by inserting a Horizontal rule with the  Horizontal rule button (last one in the editing buttons). However, no box at all is very odd. Try pressing that button and see if a text input area does not appear.

Okay that worked.  Thank you!  I find it weird I was unable to find a video on youtube explaining this but problem solved :D
