It's a good idea and I'd upvote it if I had any votes to spare. What I do now is I place all the unlocked doors on the map one at a time near where I will put them on the map, then adjust their endpoints. Same for locked doors, windows and locked windows.

Huh. After a few seconds of experimenting, I now see that you can copy/paste doors and windows using CTRL+C and CTRL+V ... there's just no "Copy" choice in the right-click menu. I must have missed the announcement when they enabled the function.

Hello everyone!  In the last two weeks we released updates on VTT that include copy and past options in the context menu. In addition to this, you can now multi select doors and windows, regardless of the layer, by holding down "Shift" while dragging, allowing you to Copy & Paste multiple doors & windows at the same time. This modifier keys are included in VTT Settings > KeyBoard Shortcuts > "While using the Select Tool" section. We'll be closing this thread and releasing back your votes so you can use them elsewhere!
