Seconded! I always create a copy of an old game to serve as a basis for a new game. That way I have correct settings and complete structure ready but unfortunately I have to remove all old stuff from that structure.

Even with an ongoing game - say an entire folder's worth of handouts is suddenly available to a player or to the party, it would be helpful to be able to set permissions on the entire folder rather than each individual handout!
