This is a Champions Universe Campaign. The characters begin the game as independent heroes
within the same LA. These heroes may know
of the other PCs’ costumed identities through news/media or possibly bumping
into one another once, twice or a few times.
All the heroes are effectively new to the superhero scene (a few months
to a year’s experience no more).
This campaign limits initial character creation to the
materials found within the Hero Systems Basic Rulebook 6e.
This will
be an Iron Age setting .
Characters will be Standard Superheroes with 400 Total Points
(including 75 Matching Complications points). Most starting characters in the Campaign have
powers with about 60 Active Points (particularly Attacks). Exceptions will sometimes be allowed for
characters who are more restricted, for characters’ special “shticks,” and
