My Games Stop Loading =(

Hey folks!  I've been trying to run any game here for over an hour. Unfortunately, they all stop loading in the middle (I don't have access to the journal, jukebox or anything). Other people in Brazil don't seem to be having the same problem as me so far.

Hi DM Corvo,  Your best bet is to contact the Devs via the Help Center as the bug report forum is primarily for users helping users.  With that said, have you tried to perform a traceroute to see where the problem may be? 
Hi DM Corvo, Can I clarify: are you attempting to load into the VTT, but not progressing beyond the loading section? If this is the case, a dump of your console logs (by pressing F12 and then clicking the 'console' tab) would be exceptionally useful. You could either post it here, or by filing a report via the Help Center link that Gauss just provided. Many thanks!

I'm having the same problem! I'm from Brazil and already sent two e-mails to the Help Center, but till now, nothing happened around here. Hey guys, Also from Brazil and I'm being hit with the same problem. I have been trying to get into any game since yesterday but to no avail. Tried everything in the Help Center as well but nothing so far, so if anybody knows anything, I'd be forever grateful.

I'm checking here out with a friend from the South (Rio Grande do Sul) of Brazil... He can use my account and join any game regurlarly... Maybe it is some local server issue?

Sigo no perrengue&nbsp; I called my internet provider and they didn't reset my internet, I had to do it by myself. In the end, my roll20 still keep loading forever. I didn't fix it for me.

Yeah, I'm still in the dark here. Called my internet provider and it does not appear to be them in any way. I'm gonna wait for a reply from the Team. I never had this sort of issue before, so I'm just hoping it's an easy fix. In the console tab my page seems pretty broken too.

Good afternoon everybody! I saw that several people are having problems logging into the boards. I tried using a VPN and was able to load the tables. This a temporary solution. The Browser Opera GX has VPN available.

Ideally, this should be done by contacting the internet provider, otherwise the consumer will be responsible for any errors.

There was a similar problem about five years or so ago with users of a major German ISP. If you could forward whatever your Internet Service Provider (Vivo?) told you to Roll20, they might be able to account for it. But it might be action that has to be taken by the ISP itself. That's out of my field of knowledge.

Hello, brazilian here, also vivo internet. Same issue, but everyone else on my table is from other cities from Brazil, even other states, and one other person from another state is having the same issue, his internet isnt vivo. One player is streaming the game and using my character sheet. I'm choosing the actions. We're Improvising to play the game. Any solution?

Também sou do Brasil, com net da Vivo e desde o começo da semana meu ROLL20 foi de arrasta. Outras pessoas que também jogam mesas comigo e usam daqui estão com o mesmo problema. Estava tudo normal antes, mas aconteceu alguma coisa que deu problema no roll20. Espero que consertem, eu estou em várias mesas e não quero perder os personagens ;-; (Segui o conselho de alguém aqui sobre usar o Opera GX e usar o VPN, eu testei e realmente tá funcionando por agora, então é um quebra galho por enquanto até voltar ao normal).
Se o Opera GX estiver a funcionar para si, utilize-o e GUARDE os seus caracteres (utilize PDFs editáveis e transfira apenas os valores para ele). Usava o Chrome ou o Firefox antes? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- If Opera GX is working for you, use that and SAVE your Characters (use editable PDFs and just transfer the values to it). Did you use Chrome or Firefox before?
