Missing Player Token Nameplate & HP Bar in Player View For Their Assigned Character/Token

Not sure what I am missing here but: 1. I like to have all tokens with Nameplates and HP meters (no values just the bar so players can see what the ballpark health looks like) 2. In the DM view, everything works as expected where I get to see everything (nameplate + hp bar + hp value) (see image) 3. For each player, I have them assigned as the "In Player's Journals" and "Can Be Edited & Controlled By" for only that character (to ensure they only manage their one assigned token).  In the player view however, you can see (image below) they can't see their tokens nameplate or hp bar.  Ironically they can see other player token names and hp bars (as expected).  Functionally they cannot manipulate other players tokens (which is exactly what I want).  I want all players (in player view) to have nameplates + hp bar with the ability to only control their 1 assigned token/character. In the image below you can see the player character Krihana does have the correct permissions assigned for the Nameplate (and the same thing does exist for the hp (bar 1) I checked). Just curious what I am missing here or if this is a bug (or intended by design). NOTE: The player view is actually from another stand alone player account, not the DM player view mode.  I have another computer using a stand alone user account for testing just to make 100% sure I'm not conflating or mixing up DM view vs true player/user view.

There are separate 3 dot controls for the nameplate and for each bar (and auras). Here is what the controls do:  See: Players that do not control the token can see the nameplate or bar or aura Edit: Players that do control the token can see the nameplate or bar or aura Hidden: Numbers are not displayed on the bar Visible to Editors: Players that control the token can see numbers on the bar Visible to Everyone: Players that do NOT control the token can see numbers on the bar.  If you want all players to see bar, no numbers:  See + Edit + Hidden.  If you want all players to see bar, and controller to see numbers:  See + Edit + Visible to Editors If you want all players to see bar and numbers:  See + Edit + Visible to Everyone

Thanks for the clarification.  I definatly see all those permissions for the Token Bar (3 dot) options. However for the Token Settings (General) there is only See and Edit. I have both SEE + EDIT for the nameplate but still not visible to them.

I think I resolved this.  After numerous times of trying to edit/resave the settings (directly to the character token on the board) I ended up deleting the token off the board, editing the settings on the character (in the Journal) then dragging a fresh token from the Journal to the board and all settings were correct/working as expected.  Must have been a disconnect from the token on the board -> character sheet.

Just a note "Token Settings (General)" is a HORRIBLY placed control for the nameplate. That controls the nameplate view.
Thanks for all the help.  Final verdict is this does seem to be some kind of caching OR browser OR video issue.  I'm running this ArchLinux+Chromium Browser+NVIDIA 3070 and the way I can reproduce the issue is (as the DM) whenever I select a token and press CTRL+L to preview lighting and viewpoint as that character, anytime I exit from that view it seems to wipe the labels of the other player tokens (doesn't affect the NPC tokens).  As noted earlier if I delete and drag a fresh character token off the Journal it works again (all settings intact).  Otherwise if I do a simple browser refresh, all the nameplates and hp bars return as expected.

Just a note, if you are using a browser that is not Google Chrome or Firefox then Roll20 hasn't tested it and it is not an official Roll20 browser.  As a result if you find a problem that is browser related the Devs will probably answer with "Please switch to Chrome or Firefox and see if the problem continues." or something similar.
