[HELP] Many of my games are gone - possibly related to custom char sheet

Hello everyone, Having a bit of a panicked moment over here, as it seems many of my games are gone.  The games that are gone all used a custom character sheet of mine, I think. I just swicthed from pro to plus subscription, not sure if that triggered this problem... is it supposed to be this way?  I am sure it did not work like this in the past. I could not modify the custom sheets but the games were still acessible and the sheet was usable. If it is by design, it should at the very least explain this somehow, for example, show the games as greyed out.  Not that I would in any way appreciate this change, but at least I wouldn't be worrying about games that I have invested about 1000 hours in. appreciate any help, gui8312

Yeah, looks like custom character sheets are Pro only perk according to the docs  here .

Hi gui8312! Switching from Pro to Plus absolutely should not remove a game, or the ability to use a game that already had a custom character sheet. The only thing you should lose is the ability to edit the sheet code. I urge you to file a  Help Center Request  and explain your issue. Hopefully a dev can figure out why you have lost access to them. To address your stress, unless something has gone catastrophically wrong across the site, it is my understanding that the game data is still there on the server, and that even if you delete a game, the devs can recover it for a few months.

I'll also point out that even though you may have canceled your pro sub, based on your current user tags, your pro is still active.

As Keith says, switching frm Pro to Plus should not affect any games using a custom character sheet. The problem you are having is not that. I'd contact support to get whatever has happened fixed.

Thank you all for your helpful messages! So sorry to only answer now, but my exam season was a chaotic affair... Anyway, I submitted a ticket and my problem was solved :-) Basically the problem came from me confusing where some of my stuff was - some campaigns were inside a bigger game etc Also the new cold storage functionality made things a bit more confusing for me.
