Embark on an epic journey in the world of Dungeons and Dragons with our seasoned Dungeon Master of over 30 years. Every Friday at 7pm EST, our close-knit and laid-back group gathers for a session filled with excitement and camaraderie. We're on the lookout for another player to join our ranks! If you are interested shoot me a PM. The reason for the 18+ designation is that some topics are not suitable for younger audiences and we are an older group. This is not a game with what you would call "Adult Sexual Themes", so do not PM me if that is what you are looking for. Here's what you need to know: Edition: Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 2nd edition Platform: Roll20 (No need for books!) Atmosphere: Laid-back, close-knit, immature humor Group Dynamic: Currently, we have five players, and our DM, with one female player already. Another female player would be a great addition, as per her request, but do not let that deter you from applying as I will choose the best fit for the group. If you're ready for an adventure where your decisions shape the narrative and role-play is as much or more so a part of the journey as the battles, then you're the perfect fit! Embrace the thrill of exploration, unravel mysteries, and forge bonds in a world teetering on the edge of darkness. Setting: A spine-chilling horror campaign set in the frontier realm of the Duchy of Caestshire. Ruled by Midlander Dukes for a century, the political landscape is heavily swayed by the influential Church of Truth. A diverse population, including Midlander settlers and indigenous Walosi people, weaves a setting of cultural complexities in the vast and challenging frontier. Tribes like the nomadic Tsusquaya, the harmonious Yona, and the spiritual Tsalagi, each bring their unique traditions, beliefs, and conflicts. The town of Farhold, nestled against a large lake, serves as the sole hub for miles around. A melting pot of cultures, it hosts a blend of friendly, hardworking people. Amid lush forests, open plains, and rolling hills, adventurers navigate a rich tapestry of relationships, alliances, and conflicts, shaping the destiny of this frontier world. The formidable Farhold Citadel, a beacon of the Church, looms over the town. Characters traverse a landscape filled with political tensions, religious doctrines, and the ever-looming specter of the undead as harbingers of divine judgment. Cursed by dark and diabolic forces, your character becomes part of a group working for the Church, undertaking the All-Seer's good works in the untamed land. Engage in exorcisms, investigate miracles, forge alliances with indigenous people, and battle demons and haints to stave off the encroaching darkness on a world teetering on the edge of damnation.
i would join but im 17, have fun
My name is Lewis, i'm 26 from the uk. I have played a bit of dnd though not as much as I would like. I'd say that i'm very friendly, easy to get along with and do my best to help contribute to games that I'm involved in. I'm looking for a long term campaign with people who are happy roleplaying ideally with a good story involved! Because of my job, my hours can be somewhat erratic and due to that I'm looking for a pretty late night game for in the UK around 11.30pm GMT or 18.30pm ET and 15.30pm PST. If you have any more questions then dont hesitate to ask!
Elliott, you wouldn't want to hang out with a bunch of old dudes, anyway.
