[LFP] [5E] Looking for one new player for ongoing campaign

This is a 5E, homebrew setting that has been running for a few months now. One of the players stopped responding or going to sessions and I'd like to get a new player - ideally one that is interested in coming up with an interesting character, backstory, etc that is tied into the world. Please DM me here or message me on Discord - Peregrine23. We play on Friday nights, starting at 7 pm US/eastern - usually running until 10:30 or 11. Some campaign information I wrote up when we started: The Dovanni Coast is a large region on the Great Western Ocean . There are several towns in the area , and the sea trade is the lifeblood of the place , with ships going between towns and north and south as well . It is a protected region in some ways , with the hills and tall peaks of the Stony Arm to the east and the ocean to the west . It is a natural destination for adventurers , with old ruins , mysterious forests , and the remnants of ancient empires scattered through the area . The Coast is a place where the old and new sit side by side , in both buildings , towns , and religions . There is no overall kingdom or government over the whole Coast , instead each town manages its own dealings and the land that surrounds it . Parts of the Coast are bustling , like the docks , warehouses , and artisans of Maram and Dovan . Other parts seem stuck in the past , like the dragonborn of Ulath , still worshiping a long dead dragon and filling their town with statues and images of him . Others remain mysterious , such as the badlands called The Shatter , filled with jagged ravines and unknown creatures . The people of the Coast are not as numerous as the crowded Northlands but villages and settlements are widely scattered , and there are notable groups . Everyone has heard of the Witches , mysterious and powerful figures in the deep woods , sought out by those who wish magical help , though it is said their help can be costly . The rival knightly orders , the Knights of the Sword and Knights of Glory , are constantly trying to out -do one another even as they protect the people of the Coast . Maram 's guard , the Sea Snakes , are known for fighting on both sea and land to defend their town and their ships .
