To Better distinguish between tokens that are hid from players in the GM layer verses ones they can see. I would like to be able to add a highlighted boarder to token that are in the GM layer.

There are a lot of little things, including this , in VTTES that I'd like to see implemented natively to Roll20. Sadly, in the play-space under the new UI, Roll20 throws a warning saying that VTTES is not compatible with the new interface. Someone needs to mail Justas Dabrila and the Roll20 devs and request that they update VTTES and Roll20 to bring compatibility back.
The Announcement in chat comes from VTTES itself and has NOTHING to do with Roll20 itself! Yes, It needs Updating to work correct again BUT since Roll20 adds more and more features it becomes more and more unnecessary to use... +1 on marking tokens on the GM layer. I play with two DMs, who both have trouble figuring out which layer their monsters are on. "You see a dragon.", "Where?", "It's right there, can't you see it?", "No!", "@$$%!, did I forget..." I don't use the GM layer for tokens when I run games, in part because of seeing others struggle with it.
