Compendium NPC's have no tokens or artwork

Hi all, I'm having an issue where anything dragged out from the compendium has no artwork. I'm running Lost Mine's of Phandelver for some newbie players and one of them is a druid. I'm trying to add things for her to Wild Shape into, but I would prefer to not have to replace all the tokens if possible. Thanks

Hi Tim I have just made a new game and am not seeing this, are you using a recommended browser and have you tried the usual clear cache, private window, turn off any extensions or add-ons?  Are you accessing via desktop pc/ laptop?

Hi Timothy B.,  Could you please screenshot the Compendium while you are searching for something that has no artwork?  My guess is that you are seeing SRD creatures, which are the free creatures in the System Reference Document. They have no artwork since they are free and artwork costs money.  If that is the case, you may wish to purchase the Monster Manual. 

Hi people, thanks for the quick responses. I am an owner of the Monster Manual, Tome of Foes and Monster of the Multiverse. But, you are correct Gauss, I am only seeing SRD creatures. So, my compendium isn't connecting to my games or something. I created a new game as well, and again no compendium stuff. Anyone know how to reset my compendium or jumpstart it? Or is this a help center issue? Thanks EDIT: Should quickly add that I did search items as well to see if my compendium was showing up and only SRD stuff shows.

This is really weird, I have Tasha's and Xanathar stuff showing, but anything at all to do with monsters is just SRD.

Ok, so something is definitely wrong and I'll have to go to put in a ticket for it. I own those books I mentioned, they're in my compendium on the compendium link on the website. If I go to game settings, however, they don't appear in the sharable compendiums and instead have a link to purchase them.

Yes, your best bet at this point is to go to the Help Center and get assistance. Please let me know what happened. If you don't get a response in a day or two also let me know. 

So, as it turns out, I do not own those books. I was sure that I had purchased the monster bundle years ago, but it appears they're being shared from one of the games I play in. This is entirely my fault, however, it would be nice to have a tag or something in the "bookshelf" showing what's owned and what's shared. Thanks for you efforts and your concern.
