my game can make a 1st level character but as soon as i finisk levelling up it just freeze...... i could not roll damage from the damage button...... and my spells dont increase there damage according to level , keep rolling 1d10 for fire bolt instead of 3d10

To clarify, when you level up via the Charactermancer it freezes?  Here is a help guide regarding Charactermancer freezing .  If nothing there helps please let me know and supply the build you are using, as much detail as possible.
