Trying to work on an interactive map, stuck on an image issue !

So am trying to sort an interactive map for my players and remembered how to populate a master handout and such from last time. But I did recall ages ago I managed to pop an image in the first template window that opens with the location description so to give them a little image of the location without having to follow the " click here to learn more " . Can anybody tell me what I'm forgetting to add.

I'd suggets looking at the video first, or it won't make a lot of sense.
