And have you tried Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) mode? I use either Chrome or Firefox. That's a good suggestion that I'll try when I have more time. Are you using any Roll20 scripts? It's possible that a script can adjust Status Markers to prevent numbers from being placed on them (though I'm not aware of any that specifically do this). It sounds similar to a recurring questions about nameplates not remaining visible due to a setting on the Aura/Tint Healthcolors script. I am in my games but not in the game I was a player in last night. None of us could get it to work last night and it's happened once before about a month ago. If you create a brand new blank game, do you have the same issue? If you copy the game, do you have the same issue in the copy of the game? If you have the issue in the copy of the game, try deleting the Chat Archive for the game (from outside the game on the main game page) and see if that fixes the issue. Sometimes a corrupted Chat Archive can do cause weird issues. I will try this when I have a bit more time. Just making sure, you are doing your mouseover and key kesytroke on the token marker in the palette , correct? Not the marker that is on the token ? Good question, but yes, I am pressing the number key while over the token marker in the open palette. I'll keep an eye on it--it did j ust work a few minutes ago in both Chrome and Firefox (in my own game and someone else's game). So clearly an intermittent issue which is the most awesome, best-est-er kind of issue. But I very much appreciate the brainstormed suggestions, this will give us a good list of stuff to try if it happens again.
