Very upset.....players cant see tactical maps and I cant drop character tokens to tactical maps....help please, all else seems good. Thanks

Players will see whichever map PAGE that you (the GM) put the Player's Ribbon onto it, under the Page menu which is at the top.  The player's ribbon is an orange ribbon, you can drag-and-drop it (or other methods) to shift Players to the page (map) that you want them to be seeing.

There is 1 funny little trick about dragging-and-dropping Characters, and you get used to it and get in the habit. You have to grab (click-drag) from the NAME of the character, NOT from the little 3-bar waffle grabber handle on the left side of each Character Journal.  The little 3-bar waffle is for re-ordering the Characters within the Journal tab. The actual NAME of the chararacter in that list is the Drag-and-Droppable part that puts the Character Token onto the map Page.

Thanks....I am using the ribbon and all maps(which have a grid) are just black to the players. If it is like a town map player see it just fine.

It sounds like those maps have Dynamic Lighting enabled, and there is no light source and/or there are no tokens controlled by players with vision enabled.
