Can't find monster in the compendium, and the ones I do find don't have art

Hi! I looked for a Cave Fisher which is in the Monsters of the Multiverse book I own on Roll20 and used before, it cannot find it. I no longer have access to it. Same with other monsters. 1. The compendium is shared. 2. I'm using chrome browser 3. Windows 11 Another problem is the monster I do have access to like the Owl don't have art on them anymore, which I paid for. Anything I should do? Thank you!

HI Bear,  Could you please supply a screenshot of your Compendium resources?  Go to Roll20.net Click the name of your game Click Settings Click Game Settings Click Compendium Settings Screenshot the top section of that please.  Then please scroll down to the area where Monsters of the Multiverse is located in the setting and screenshot that please.
Sure, before I do that, it used to work regardless of the compendium settings of any specific game, since I own it.

Once you turn on sharing for a given game, the in-game results are filtered by the permissions you set for that game, even for the GM. If you do not have sharing active, and you have not specifically excluded a source, you see everything in-game. Now, with the MP:MotM  set to active for that particular game, when you go to the in-game compendium, no result appears in the compendium tab, or when a Cave Fisher (for example) is pulled to the VTT, it lacks art? The first case (no result) indicates a problem. How are you searching for it, by entering "Cave Fisher" into the search bar, scrolling through the monster list, or filtering by source and scrolling through the monster list? I can't reproduce this on a plain text search. The second case could be due to an existing cave fisher already in the game that lacks art (a Compendium drag will not overwrite a local copy, in order to preserve local changes or home-brew.
Riley already stated in another thread that the new compendium has problems with Compendium Sharing and that they are on it right now. Bear, do you use the OLD compendium or the NEW compendium? If you enabled BETA Features, the NEW one is set as standard. Try switching to the OLD compendium and try again. keithcurtis said: Bear said: Sure, before I do that, it used to work regardless of the compendium settings of any specific game, since I own it. I tried the new compendium that's when the problems started. How do I switch back to the older version?

Hi Bear, settings gear icon top RHS, Beta settings toggle is in there, under Personalisation & Display. Turn it off and see how you get on. Page will refresh, so you should see almost instantly
Thank you!
You can turn off the new compendium without turning off beta features. The Toggle for that is also in the Settings Menu. If you want to use Map Folders etc. you need to have Beta Features active ;) Bear said: Thank you!
I saw it! Thank you - that solved the issue for me! Old compendium still works.
Glad to hear it works for you
